Jacob's Pickles, SoNo

South Norwalk, CT | 2021

Launched in 2011 on the Upper West Side, Jacob’s Pickles has quickly become a New York staple. We were asked to reinterpret their aesthetic for the design of their new 3500 square foot anchor location at the upscale SoNo Collection shopping center within the South Norwalk, Connecticut neighborhood.

We were able to showcase their heritage graphics and beloved signage through illuminated displays and custom mosaic tile. Custom lighted shelving showcase their signature products while evoking the design language of their flagship restaurant.

Additionally we developed an all glass storefront an industrial aesthetic, as well as custom seating throughout.
